Room was clean although outdated....
Liked: Didn’t have breakfast at hotel cause it was prepackaged sandwiches
Disliked: We had a room in third floor which we had to take elevator to second floor and walk up a flight

We would stay here again.

Great hotell, ask for a...
Liked: Great breakfast, close to the major sites in newport (Beaches and mansions). Friendly staff, spacious rooms, very clean. Good value for what you get.
Disliked: The road in front is by a firestation, so ambulances are common. Also, the front of the hotel has a strong floodlight, and the 3rd floor room had major gaps for the window blinds.

Disliked: Gentleman who checked us in was over the top... took a phone call with his supervisor while checking us in... made us wait while he discussed her outing that day with kids. Wouldn't register us until we each ate a Hershey Kiss in front of him... felt weird. Wanted to ride the small elevator with us with our luggage to 2nd floor? Again, weird. Room had small TV, no space in bathroom to set up toiletries and our room was in front - busy intersection! Traffic almost the whole time.... Nope. Sorry, won't be back.
