Hotel in need of updating

Liked: The staff very friendly and the room was cleaned the night. The exterior of the property was clean and there was a large parking lot.
Disliked: The interior was in poor condition. Our room was small with large furniture, which made it difficult to move around. The closet did not have a door. There was deteriorating paint. The bathroom was in dire need of updating. The breakfast was granola bars, fruit, and wrapped sandwiches which you had to microwave. It would have been better not to call it breakfast and say we have snacks. There was a refrigerator, but not a single bottle of water left in the room.If the owners had spent just a small amount of money to update the hallways and the rooms it could be really nice. The price was very excessive though it was a holiday weekend.

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast at hotel cause it was prepackaged sandwiches
Disliked: We had a room in third floor which we had to take elevator to second floor and walk up a flight

We would stay here again.
