Better than expected stay. Clean...

Liked: Room was clean of dust, dirt and smells. In room coffee and coffeemaker is a plus. Conveniently located to Choo Choo Barn, Strasburg Rail Road and Museum. Loved the clip clop of the Amish buggies that frequently passed our inn. Complimentary free cold water was great especially during hot days. Best was voucher to Speckled Hen. Excellent service and delicious breakfast choices. Loved the children's 'kitchen" area that kept our wiggly grandchildren happy. Convenient checkin
Disliked: Although the mini fridge did not work and the air conditioner was very noisy, that did not hamper our stay in any way for this trip. We just happen to bring our own cooler and was happy to have ice machine nearby.

Strasburg Early Summer Weekend

Liked: We have been here 3 times before. It is always a pleasure staying here! All the people who own and work here are always friendly, professional and accomodating. The room and linens are always clean and fresh. Room and bathroom are updated nicely decorated, and well lit. Property is well lit and quiet. They give you a voucher for breakfast each day for the Speckled Hen across the street. The food and coffee are delicious! The location is excellent, close to great restaurants, stores, and attractions. There is so much to do and see in Strasburg, and it's relaxing at the same time. We appreciate the cable TV, Free WiFi, microwave, and mini- fridge.
Disliked: Wish the beds were a little firmer.

Liked: I love this quaint little motel with a homelike feel and opinions. We rented the 2 bedroom duplex and it was clean and a great location. I love that free breakfast at the nice diner across the street was included. You also get complimentary bottled water each day of your stay.
Disliked: The only 2 complaints we had is we did see a few spider webs on the lamps, and the vinyl floor near the stairs had some cracks, making it seem less sturdy.

Easy, comfortable and relaxing!

Liked: Clean and comfortable, yummy breakfast in the cute cafe across the street and the office lady was so friendly. Great experience from start to finish! Bonus: I could park the car right at the hotel door, which is super convenient when you have kids and many miscellaneous things to carry!
