Superb

Liked: I always look forward to breakfast at the Speckled Hen. The workers are so friendly and vibrant! My My favorite on the menu is the oatmeal.
Disliked: I couldn’t find my room because it was not marked clearly. Also, I wish I had been warned that there were steps involved. I’m suffering from arthritis in my feet, so it was difficult doing the steps and carrying my luggage.

Liked: We love the simplicity of The Carriage House! Park right outside the door of your room, rooms are very clean, fridge in room, Ice nearby, perfect location and we loved that the owner Tim took the time to talk to us! We've stayed there twice and this will always be our choice when in the Lancaster area! And the Breakfast at the Speckled Hen across the street - just amazing!!!! Best breakfast ever, and loved eating outside!!!!
Disliked: It was perfect for our stay! We requested a room away from the road and Tim supplied that! Loved our stay there!!!

Wonderful!!

Liked: The first thing I noticed in the two bedroom was the size. This was an extremely large and beautiful room. Not only was it spacious, but there was a kitchen, dining room and living room in one of the two bedrooms that we booked. I also loved the front and back porch. The area was perfect and the rooms were exceptionally clean. I will always stay at this location whenever visiting Lancaster!!! Also, the breakfast at the restaurant across the street was an added bonus.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property.
