Liked: Breakfast was very good, also had dinner on two nights and the food was very good. The staff were lovely and attentive.

Liked: Inside of hotel was old fashioned but clean and tidy. Staff friendly and kind
Disliked: Outside of the hotel didn't reflect what was inside

Liked: This hotel is very comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful and thoughtful, you can’t ask for more than that, and the food is exceptional. I would highly recommend it.

Friendly welcome, fabulous views and...

Liked: This small hotel is run by a formidable team of three generations of women. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful for our two-day stay. The food was fresh and delicious and we ate both nights in the conservatory overlooking the garden and with views across to Arran. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. It was a lovely touch to have warm croissants ready at the table. Thank you, for looking after us so well.

Good location however outdated

Liked: Lovely area, great views from bedroom looking over to isle of Aaran. staff was nice and give you space to enjoy stay! We did not eat at the property as we was out visiting the whisky festival and distillery’s. Very quiet at night so could get a good night sleep.
Disliked: The property was very out dated and did not resemble the pictures on booking.com I think the pictures were taken a good few years ago. The bed room was well stocked in terms of tea coffe,Suger, toilet rolls and bed linens however the property felt a little unclean due to spider webs/nest on the inside of windows and miges in the bathroom.

Liked: Exceptionally friendly and welcoming, good fresh quality food , clean comfortable bedroom .
Disliked: Some areas of the Hotel are tired and required to be updated especially the exterior areas which give a poor first impression.
