Conveniently located for Ightham Mote...

Liked: Room was comfortable, staff polite. Lovely bar/pub downstairs and breakfast was delicious. Quite convenient for visiting Ightham Mote National Trust.
Disliked: My booking details were printed out and on public view at the bar as you walk in (my personal details not kept securely or privately). I didn't like the need to check in digitally in advance of arrival (which is why my details were on display at the bar). I would have preferred to check in on arrival and my booking held on their computer until I arrived.There was a large cobweb from the lampshade to the wall/mirror in my twin room suggesting the room had not been fully serviced or not for some time.

Despite the lack of sleep...

Liked: Breafast wa excellent.
Disliked: All night there was a constant noise that prevented a good sleep. Water pipes? Boiler? Refridgeration? Water tank filling? Washing machine in spin?

Definitely would recommend, lovely rooms...

Liked: Lovely welcome & very comfy room with all facilities. Had a great evening meal in the pub downstairs followed by a good breakfast in the morning Plenty of parking & nice garden & terrace. The only ‘gripe’ was being next to the after hours entrance which was noisy after 11pm

A nice stay, friendly staff.

Liked: The building was very nice,well maintained and decorated. Staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant was too expensive. There were some issues with the shower/ hot water.
