Liked: Enrico the manager made us feel home. He's a very hard working , attentive , pleasant to talk person. as well Alejandra from the front desk was there for us when needed.
Disliked: All good for us.

Liked: They called me the day of to tell me they didn’t have any rooms for us.

Disliked: If you book a room on Booking and your reservation is confirmed by the hotel, be prepared not to check in. I was left on the street because there were no rooms available, although I booked my room 3 weeks in advance. This is unimaginable! Worst place!

Liked: The room was relatively clean. These are all advantages.
Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel at 11 pm, the news awaited me that my room was not there. After an unpleasant conversation, the hotel owner offered me to pay for the room in cash. I was very tired after the trip and had some forced changes. Without looking at the fact that my reservation was confirmed in Booking, my room was not available for the next two nights. They just put me out on the street! This violates the Booking rules and overbooks! That's horrible! I do not recommend this experience to anyone!
