Disliked: When booking it said private parking but we had to pay 20 per day to park at their property. It said fully functioning kitchen with pots pans and utensils. That was not the case. The stove was partially broken. Property also said it has bbq grills they did not. There was only a half roll of toilet paper and when I asked the office for some they said they would bring later they did not. Also staff was late getting to the office. Other clients were upsetting about this. The only thing they did do was accommodate us coming sooner as I booked the wrong date. They just left the room open with a key and parking pass. The bed was very very uncomfortable. We have stayed many places in that area for around the same price that were a million times better

THE CAROLINE BIG MISTAKE!

Disliked: There is no way to say nice to anything about it! It has potential to be a wonderful, beautiful moneymaker! But it is rundown, the whole 2 rooms (they had to change our room which had NO TV!). NO TOWELS, No Bathroom paper! Refrigerators and stoves were disgusting! We could NOT take a shower because the shower drain was backed up and NO body is around to fix it! Holes on walls, missing tiles, couch disgusting that no human beings should sit on! Broken chairs, bed headboard was resting on floor! Mirrors were on top of dresser not secured! 2nd. Room TV had only 1 channel (in Spanish). Outside lights do not work at night, but they work on the day light! Only good thing about it is LOCATION and PARKING for additional $20 Dollars! Place needs to be pretty much REDONE! Disgusting bedspread, bedsheets and pillows! Broken table lamp!

Liked: Really well located , ac was working very well . But nothing else
Disliked: Was so much bugs , ants , little cockroaches, no cleanThe front lady was nice but they are open only a few hours , late afternoon / night nobody is there for help or assistance

Liked: Booking said 3 * but besides the shower & the air conditioner nothing was clean or worked. I would give them a 1/2 star. The place was old & dirty. Bed was a disgraced. Shower curtain was old & filthy. My tv remote was without batteries so I could not use during my stay. Upgrade your reviews for grading the facilities. This place knowone has spent money to repair in 20 years to maintain the 3 starts it got 20 years ago. The place was a total disaster. Dan Radford
