Liked: Lovely hotel, with some great staff
Disliked: Party music went on until 3am on the Saturday night in the room beneath me - would have been nice to have been pre-warned.

Liked: Fantastic staff, beautiful location, excellent room with amazing views, high standards of cleanliness- spotless. Wonderful food. Faultless- highly recommend. Great facilities.
Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely but overpriced

Liked: Lovely building but quite dated and in need of refurbishment. The prices were crazy high (and I’m used to London!!) for what it was. Most of the guests were OAPs, which is fine does give a certain feel. Everyone joked how we would lower the average age. The staff were really wonderful and it was a lovely stay, but it’s not worth what I paid.
Disliked: Old, dated, really needs a refurb

Liked: Views, pools, spaces to relax inside & outside hotel.
Disliked: All food options a bit pricey.

Comfortable and well run hotel...

Liked: Location is great, cliff top with great views over the bay. Single room was perfectly fine, good size bathroom. Everywhere was clean and well looked after. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.
