You’re paying for convenience and...

Liked: It’s well-located, with many restaurants and cafés nearby. The area is super walkable, making this a convenient stay. Staff gave great instructions to find and enter the property (especially for late arrivals). The beds are comfortable and the shared bathrooms were clean.
Disliked: The privacy screen is loud and can disturb others (even making an effort to be quiet, the pull screen is still awkward and noisy to use). A curtain would be better, I think. It is pricy for a capsule hotel. I’ve stayed in similar quality capsules in Singapore and Seoul for a third of the price.

Great location, friendly staff, terrible...

Liked: Staff were really friendly and the bed was comfortable with a really warm doona.
Disliked: The water is the showers was Luke warm at best. Even with a sign saying it takes five minutes for the water to heat up, it didnt heat up. Terrible. After coming back from doing Sydney to Surf drowned by the rain all o wanted was a hot shower - didn’t happen. Not good enough.
