Liked: The capsules are a decent size, private and mattresses are comfortable. Multiple unisex showers and toilets available on each level. Locker size in A and C rooms are very decent. Good allocation of fridges and freezers for supplies.
Disliked: Unfortunately the lift was broken during one of my stays and the reception level is three and majority of capsules are on levels four and five. Impossible for accessibility impaired people. Made check in and check out with baggage very very difficult. Zero flexibility on moving bookings and staff are not lenient at all, very strict on policy and lacking compassion. Kitchen only has toaster, kettle and microwave so not suitable for making any meals.
