Liked: Very friendly, good breakfast, very close to the centre, and lovely to have a pool! They were also accommodating with storing our bicycles.
Disliked: The room was a bit hot - but we were staying during a heatwave. The room also had a had a fan which helped.

Comfortable Room, Excellent Breakfast, Convenient...

Liked: We stayed in the four-poster room and found it very comfortable for our 4 night stay. Large room and bathroom, plenty of mirrors and good lighting. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and plenty of choice.The pool was a lovely treat to come back to after a big day out.It’s about a 15-minute walk to the centre of Canterbury, and having on-site parking was a real bonus.The only minor downside was that the room was quite warm, and there’s no air conditioning—though this seems common in the UK. Being on a main road, there was a bit of traffic noise when the windows were open.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Morning manager was very rude stating can’t you see the pool is being serviced? How could I have seen the pool I went straight to reception as instructed to ask to use the pool. I didn’t expect to be spoken to like a. Idiot or need do defend the fact I was not made aware the pool would be closed. We booked the hotel because it has a pool.

Nice friendly little hotel!

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Nice little garden. Breakfast choice ok for cooked and continental. Request for fried eggs instead of scrambled which was happily fulfilled.
Disliked: Very hot room. Restricted window opening as room on first floor (even though other rooms on the same floor were able to open them fully!). Fan supplied but just wafted hot air around. Air con seriously needs to be considered. Very tight restricted parking..
