Disappointing

Liked: Beds were very comfortable bathroom was reasonably clean
Disliked: Location is not somewhere you would want to walk alone after dark .Room was aged paint peeling , damp marks in the ceiling. Was told we was to early for breakfast even though we was 30 minutes after we was told

Perfect location with parking.

Liked: Perfect location for us with free parking, which isn't available with many hotels in Canterbury. Breakfast was included and there was a variety of food. They cater for my coeliac daughter too.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit warm. Only 1 room had a floor standing fan. I guess I could have asked for another but didnt.

Liked: Lovely hotel on the edge of Canterbury with very friendly staff.The breakfast buffet was excellent as well
Disliked: A bit noisy having a room on the road

Liked: Good location, has a car park, comfortable bed, very clean. I had a great time. I recommend.

Canterbury stay.

Liked: Everything! Facilities, staff and location all very good.
Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely stay, very welcoming staff,...

Liked: The staff were super helpful and really polite, couldn't have asked for better service!
Disliked: Toiletries were limited and some of the amenities were a little dated but this did not spoil the experience

Canterbury get away

Liked: Lovely place to stayStayed in room 11 in the main building Breakfast buffet was good with alot of choice Staff very friendly Loved the free use of swimming pool which was free..so don't forget your swimwear like I did..a quick trip to the city soon sorted that
Disliked: Car parking spaces are limited and small spaces.We were lucky to have a space for our stay..due to this issue we caught a bus to Whitstable and Herne Bay as didn't want to lose our space but would stay here again. Could hear people in other rooms but was only till bedtime.Shower over bath

It was ok but probably...

Liked: The location was good and allowed to us to do everything we wanted. The bed was comfy
Disliked: The car park was awful and had to ask people to move just to get in the right space. The sauna had closed and only the pool available however that was cold if all doors were left open. We also had a stain on the duvet which we mentioned when we went out for the first evening. We also left half a cup of coffee which when they came to make the room up they never removed the cup and left a new one.
