Liked: Very good position with parking, excellent breakfast loverly gardens
Disliked: My only concern was the room was advertised as deluxe, although the bed was comfortable, the room needed upgrading to be called deluxe, just small things like no toiletries in bathroom .and lack of furniture.

Nice enough basic hotel for...

Liked: Nice hotel in a convenient location for Canterbury. We had a superior room which looked out onto the garden. Our room was very hot and we couldn't open the windows (health & safety!!) so we didn't sleep well.Hotel is basic, no frills (e.g. no toiletries, basic self service breakfast) but absolutely fine for a couple of nights. Staff are lovely. Parking is extremely limited and VERY tight. Larger cars would struggle.
Disliked: Basic, room was too hot and not able to get fresh air in the room.

Disappointed, very tired bed and...

Liked: Reception staff were really friendly and helpful
Disliked: The whole place is looking very tired, our shower constantly dripped, broken tiles in bathroom. The bar was lacking in drinks. Breakfast food was ok but nobody greeted us or even checked on us at all during breakfast

Liked: Harry very welcoming on our arrival, very helpful. Lovely room with oculus. Breakfast, prepared by Radu, very tasty.All in all an enjoyable stay and we will return.
Disliked: Parking very limited, but there is nothing the staff can do to change that.

Liked: Parking, cleanliness, kind, helpful and polite reception staff. Radu went above and beyond and helped us a lot and gave us very valuable advice. Much appreciated.
Disliked: The fact that the premises are quite old and furniture could be better if replaced. Some refurbishment could be of enormous value.Also, the orientation of the room was not the best since the sun would come up in the morning from that side and light would reflect off the mirror in front of the windows.

Dissapointing room, expensive but nice...

Liked: The Pool was very good although a little cold. Breakfast was excellent and helpful staff
Disliked: The room was quite dated and didn't at all reflect the asking price compared to other hotels I've stayed at, The double bed was quite small, the tiny TV was very limited and the bathroom was ok. People parking was very badly organized so I had to park off site because I couldn't fit in.
