Facilities were great but rooms...

Liked: The hotel itself was good, staff were beyond lovely and helpful. The room was the awful part. It was dirty , everything was chipped scuffed and scratched up or stained. the bed was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was leaking and dripped loudly into a plastic container underneath. However, the pool was lovely and the breakfast was great, they were very accommodating with allergies
