Liked: The people were great. Good bar.
Disliked: Had a suite for 6 nights. WiFi out for 2 days, Very small bathroom in our suite where 2 people could hardly stand. Toiletries storage small shelf inadequate. The heat didn't work, reported many times, unit replaced and broke again, more work, broke again and finally the repair people stopped coming. Breakfast room service was not processed. Buffet breakfast for $16 has "up charge" for coffee or juice. Minibar empty.

Liked: The restaurant was great. The building is beautiful, the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly.
Disliked: For a $500 night, for the room, there shouldve been bottled water or something in the room. There was no hand soap in bathroom. The floors in the hallways were dirty.

Liked: Location! Also the tavern was super good!
Disliked: There are no mini fridges in the room, no plastic linen bags on request even, small trash cans, no bar soap, hole in wall behind door, crack in window with tape, rooms poorly maintained. Given a mascara stained towel, one day our room was not cleaned.

Disliked: I thought I was booking a King size room but was put in a room with 2 queens

Disliked: Their machine to make room keys was broken so there was no way to get into the room without asking someone at the front desk to help. Couldn't get in any entrance besides the front one because of this so there was no parking available during a huge storm.
