Exceptional

Would not recommend this place...

Liked: There was no breakfast provided. The noise during the night was so loud. Could not get a sleep.
Disliked: Everything about it was bad.

Liked: Location was perfect. Right in the centre. Rooms clean and staff very nice
Disliked: The last 2 days there was no hot water for showers which was very disappointing. Had to have a cold shower 2 days in a row

Liked: Location, cleanliness, vibe, comfortable beds and sheets.
Disliked: The shower water splashes outside of the shower very easily making a mess in the bathroom even if your careful about it. The room was very hot, with no ac and the window couldn’t be opened.

Disappointing

Liked: - Good location- Beds were comfortable to sleep on- Room was a decent size- Reception allowed luggage storage for free before checking in
Disliked: - Not the cleanest (bedsheets were covered in old stains, bathroom floor wasn’t very clean)- No hairdryer in the room despite being listed as an included amenityMost serious con is that the receptionist left at some point during the early evening, so we couldn’t enter the building. Just left a sign that said they’d be back in a few minutes. I needed to enter the hotel to retrieve my medication that I really needed urgently but without someone at the reception, the door to the building doesn’t open. If it weren’t for another traveller who appeared to have someone come down to open the door for us after about 10 minutes, I don’t know what I would have done. This is extremely unacceptable for an established hotel.
