Liked: The location was very central and cleanliness was pretty good.
Disliked: The Male receptionist was very rude. The room had no window which is definitely a fire safety issue. The kettle base had a ridiculously short lead and there was no socket point near any flat surface. This meant that if you plugged in the kettle base it was left dangling against the wall which meant it was totally unusable. There were no bedside lockers. No one on reception to let us in when we returned at about 11.45, some staff member just happened to be going out and almost let the door close, didn't even ask us if we were staying there.

Disappointing

Liked: It was clean and cheap but you really get what you pay for.
Disliked: There were no towels in the room when I arrived so had to go find someone to get them. Room was very warm and stuffy, no fan available and window didn't open well. I had contact the hotel prior to arriving to see if the shower was a walk-in accessible shower. While it wasn't a bathtub there was still a step up into a very slippery surface shower which made it difficult to use the shower and had to wait until my partner arrived to help me in and out which is not ideal.

Convenient, good value stay!

Liked: Had everything you needed! Great location, clean and comfy! It is over a night club so was very loud but they make you aware of that on booking and provide you with earplugs which done the job! If you’re a light sleeper it may be difficult.
Disliked: Nothing!
