Liked: Staff was friendly and welcoming
Disliked: Absolutely No sound proof. I could hear everything that came from outside. Woke up several times due to noise from the street and corridors . Area didn’t FEEL very safe at night

Clean, comfortable, and close to...

Liked: Stayed in a twin room with a friend. Beds clean and comfortable, fabulous location right in the city. I have stayed here many times, and it is a great place to stay.
Disliked: Lack of power points for electric jug in this room. Needed to unplug the fridge or move jug to bedside tables. Bathroom very small, but was nice and clean. A few more coffee and tea sachets in the room would be good.

Liked: Helpful staff, my flight was delayed & even tho room was booked in my name my friend was able to check in with ID once I notified hotel, close to city, Oriental Pde, Super market, restaurants, it had kitchen & bar, restaurant.
Disliked: All good nothing much to vomplain about

Liked: Good location and was ideal for the our trip and what we were doing.
Disliked: Room was a bit cold

Liked: The room had a good amount of space, especially the bathroom, and the amenities like the fridge, kettle, hot drinks, and toiletries were handy. The receptionists were lovely and made me feel welcome. The Wi-Fi connection was good as well.
Disliked: The drinking chocolate sachets were very hard to open without scissors. There was a heater on the wall, but it made some light, so it was not ideal for use while sleeping.
