Great Guesthouse just a short...

Liked: Easy access with a keypad and code sent in advance. Lovely decor, very clean, comfortable room. An excellent breakfast was served and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We were allocated room 2 which was immediately right of the entrance, this proved to be a bit noisy. Also, we could hear all the movement from the guests in the room above throughout our stay.

Pleasant stay , breakfast was...

Liked: Parking available, close to the university
Disliked: The room was very hot . On opening the windows you could hear the neighbours talking and it was loud. No air conditioning.

Disliked: We ran out of t bags in the room , but the chef was obliging in the morning. We didn’t know where to fill up the kettle when the kitchen was closed and so we ran out of bottled water . More water bottles please especially as hot as it has been. Again the chef was very obliging in the morning to let us fill up in the kitchen.No tea spoons to make tea , maybe some of those wooden sticks would suffice. (Just incase someone would run away with a teaspoon

Great staff, good location, good...

Liked: Lovely staff. Clean room and shower. Bus stop a 3 minute walk. 10 minute ride into centre. Great breakfast. Would recommend.
