Disliked: The heating does not work at all. I called staff manu times and they said that it works, they ask my room no and nothing happen. We are from Thailand and did not familiar with 5 c in the UK. Very very freezing and nothing action from staff.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff on checkin phone was rude and insisted that I stay on the road and make payment before he can give the access key.
Disliked: The staff and check in

Liked: Parking outside. Breakfast.
Disliked: I'll fitting window so traffic noise louder than should have been. Mould on bathroom ceiling. Room not serviced unless you make a phone call.

Liked: It was nice, clean, pleasant, Good breakfast options.. staff polite and helpful.Comfortable bed, everything was there that we needed for the short stay.
Disliked: Perhaps, the distance to the centre was something that I overlooked.
