Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE. There are only 5 parking spots out front, which are always taken, and a dumpster of trash out front. Room 6 is very cramped, and the bathroom is a total disaster. The light, fan, and heater do not work. I told the staff about this the night we arrived, via whatsapp, since the staff are not on site (!). They said they'd send someone the next day to fix the bathroom. Nobody came. When I messaged them again to ask for a partial refund, they denied I had ever asked for repairs in the bathroom! Even though I had the screenshot of my asking for maintenance on whatsapp! Total gaslighting. The staff talking to me on Booking.com says his manager will get back to me as soon as possible. Still waiting to this day. Take my advice: don't stay here. Stay outside of Cambridge and drive in. This place is too far away from the city center to walk anyway. AVOID THIS PLACE!If the staff replies to this and I don't reply to them, know that's because I wasn't able to, not because I didn't want to. These folks are super dishonest.

Absolutely perfect & incredibly comfortable!

Liked: The property was spacious and clean, modern decor inside and out. Our room was extremely good value for money, the breakfast was amazing, loads of options available, helpful and very friendly staff. We had a really comfortable stay, I can’t rate it enough. If we find ourselves in Cambridge again I’d definitely go back to stay here!
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Liked: A lovely place to stay.Friendly host .We arrived early, so they let us park our car at the property then walked into the city, which was about 30 mins.We had a family room which was surprisingly big with 2 bedrooms which had a double bed and 3 single beds.There was a good selection for breakfast including a cooked breakfast that was nice. We would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Not soundproof so the room above were leaving early, and we could hear every footstep at 6 a.m.There was also empty crisp pack and rubbish in a draw from people before

Good stay and nice price

Liked: Good place. Easy to park in the peoperty. Nice breakfast. Is self check in, but is very easy to do it. The room was very confortable. The price is very reasonable
Disliked: All as I expected

Superb

Liked: Clean and tidy. Very nice set up. Breakfast good.
Disliked: Local road works made it difficult to get to. But hopefully just a temporary problem. Pub next door but one to the guest house is excellent facility close at hand.
