Perfect way to end our...

Liked: So comfortable, loved the adult pool, the staff, the gardens, the restaurant. Nice stroll into town, we also borrowed bikes one day.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing it was brilliant

Good location, great pool, some...

Liked: It's a great location and has nice pools and hot tub.The rooms are clean. Parking is convenient.
Disliked: The floorboards in those rooms need repair or replacement. It's very loud when you walk in the room. You can hear people in the other rooms walking. The rooms need to be soundproofed. Unfortunately I hear the couple next door arguing which was stressful.Reception staff told me those rooms were scheduled to be remodeled.I tried to talk to the manager about the problems in the room. I called multiple times but he did not return my call or acknowledge my concerns. I'm disappointed with the lack of response from the manager.

Liked: Spa was fabulous
Disliked: The walls and ceiling are paper thin and we could hear every little noise so no sleep for two nights. The food was terrible, no taste and poorly prepared. The adult pool is strange - sort of barren and stark and small.

Disliked: Nice hotel but the walls are very thin and you hear everything that happen above and around your room. The pool is nice bit there are just a few sitting/laying possibilities. Food and drinks from other guests aren’t clean often from the pool area.

Liked: Great location, pleasant employees, but they did not address those standing in line while they waited on others. Beautiful pools, lounges around pools, bar and food at pool. A very fun and lovely place! It was a great location for mud baths, wine tasting, hiking and the cruiser bikes were icing on the cake to ride on the bike trail.
Disliked: Not addressing those standing in line waiting for others to check in or out. For example, "Are you just leaving your key, Did you have a quick question?" Or just to say that they will be right with us.
