First class, comfortable, friendly staff.

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Value for money. Great power shower. Altogether a very nice stay.
Disliked: Only thing was I’d have liked a bath to relax in, but the shower was an excellent.

Disappointed with the room

Liked: Good location. OK premises. Has potential…
Disliked: Our “premier” room had BLURRED windows so we could not see outside!! Felt like a basement. Attaching picture. We asked for another room, but they said they did not have another room to move us to. The hotel has potential but needs refreshing.

The staff made every effort...

Liked: Absolutely fantastic. We stay here once a year and got married here on 15th. The staff were excellent. The standard of service was 10 out of 10! The food and wine for the wedding party was excellent. You made our wedding day so special!! See you next year! Thank you
