Liked: the final response of the front desk when we thought the room we were given was not the one we paid for. It was probably the smallest and darkest room in the hotel, with views on rubbish and car park. Certainly not 30sqm as advertised. As the hotel was full, we were given the Conan Doyle Suite.
Disliked: I had to go to the front desk twice and insist.

Disliked: It was little too warm in our room despite the air con being on.
