Not dreadful. Staff at reception...

Liked: Close to everything but quieter than Byron Bay
Disliked: Overwhelming smell of lemon myrtle(had to open all windows and turn off air conditioning). Room service was very average. You could spend less per night at the Intercontinental in Sydney right next to opera house and get better value for money

Liked: The dinner we had was amazing. We also loved the complimentary Yoga class.

Rainforest walks, beach, bath, food,...

Liked: Everything, the room was spectacular with a bath, stove, washer dryer, and king bed!Forest restaurant is SENSATIONAL the food the service the cocktails, the wine! OMGPool, yoga.... the list is endless
Disliked: The lounge in the room was uncomfortable, but that's OK as we didn't spend much te on it

Zen

Liked: The magnificent setting with the accommodations literally in the forest made it feel like you were on safari and isolated from the world making it easy to relax. From the staff to the facilities, everything is designed to be serene and calming. The food is wonderful and we could not fault anything anywhere.
Disliked: It was all perfect.

Excellent rooms in rainforest location

Liked: Pool was great, didn't need the breakfast but if i did it was a little too expensive. Dinners were paid for by the conference
Disliked: Bit far out of town
