Liked: External environment is good, full of greens, breakfast is good
Disliked: I don’t like the room provided, the sink was stuck, the water couldn’t leaked down. The room was with moldy smell when checked in, had to use the incense to hide it.

Liked: the accommodation was excellent quiet & surrounded by nature (rainforest & various plants) & facilities such as pool, tennis court & restaurant were very good.
Disliked: It would have been better if a couple more restaurants (e.g. Chinese, Thai) to reflect the diversity of customers. Also, an extra shuttle service to the Town Centre at night would be great for those wanting to stay longer.

Liked: The location is great, the room service and food was average and meant you had to go out for meals which I didn’t really want to have to do.

Liked: I liked the peace & quiet in my room & the facilities in the room were good too.
Disliked: The bar/restaurant staff were rude & not at all accommodating. The choices menu choices were very limited and I struggled to find anything on it to eat, even as a snack.We ate out of the resort most days & nights for this reason.
