Liked: It was a good location.The little ones loved the little bunk bed rooms
Disliked: This hotel needs to finish its restorations. Their water park has been "coming soon" for over a year. We had two rooms with adjoining doors by request. One room had no hot water and the other room's A/C did not work and it was 95° that day. Towel racks fell off in both rooms, all the hanging hooks were missing, we had to share a remote control between two rooms andthe game room pictured online is an empty room..

Disliked: No housekeeping, no hot/warm water in our room for the duration of our stay. Notified front desk numerous times of issue and it wasn’t resolved. Trash was not taken out from our room until the night before we checked out and only because front desk reception came to do it herself.

Liked: The front desk was nice, but Mary Jane that served breakfast was phenomenal. I heard someone say they wished the hotel had grits…Mary Jane made them some. My nephew wanted chocolate chips for his waffle and she went upstairs and grabbed some for him! The food was delicious for it to be continental! Our room was very clean to be older with no smell.
Disliked: Not really a complaint but The bunk bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and each bed needs thicker covers or extra blankets left in the room. Also, the hot water ran out very quick!

Liked: The location was great!The room was super big!Hotel offers arcade area, gym, and there is what appears to be a nice water park area.
Disliked: Beds are very firm!Came in after being out all day, and housekeeping hadn't touched the rooms. Sweaty and nothing to take a bath with, and the guy at the front desk was no help. The morning manager did bring towels and rags after I called to see if housekeeping had made it in yet. Apparently, the night guy just couldn't be bothered to give us clean towels and rags. They offered breakfast, but it wasn't that great. Waterpark/pool wasn't open at all.

Liked: There was nothing to like.
Disliked: When we showed up for our reservation, the doors were locked, and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for renovations. There was a number to call, but nobody answered. We ended up having to go to a different hotel and pay for a last-minute room. So far, we have not heard back from this property about refunding our money.
