I've seen worse

Liked: The location was great!The room was super big!Hotel offers arcade area, gym, and there is what appears to be a nice water park area.
Disliked: Beds are very firm!Came in after being out all day, and housekeeping hadn't touched the rooms. Sweaty and nothing to take a bath with, and the guy at the front desk was no help. The morning manager did bring towels and rags after I called to see if housekeeping had made it in yet. Apparently, the night guy just couldn't be bothered to give us clean towels and rags. They offered breakfast, but it wasn't that great. Waterpark/pool wasn't open at all.

DO NOT BOOK. WASTE OF...

Liked: There was nothing to like.
Disliked: When we showed up for our reservation, the doors were locked, and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for renovations. There was a number to call, but nobody answered. We ended up having to go to a different hotel and pay for a last-minute room. So far, we have not heard back from this property about refunding our money.

Liked: the location was great. staff was friendly.
Disliked: I booked it thinking that the kids could play in the waterpark. There was no indication of it being closed when booking it. Seen it when we got there. Had a bad smell throughout the main entrance.
