Liked: Excellent location in the city center; 24 hour front desk
Disliked: Bathroom shower was in need of repair (ceiling and grouting)

Perfect location

Liked: The view from the room was fantastic, the bathroom was recently renovated and the location cannot be better.
Disliked: As an able bodied person, I had no issues with the stairs, but disabled people and the elderly might not be able to stay in this charming hotel.

Liked: Lovely staff on reception. Wonderful central location and good value for money.
Disliked: We had booked last room available - very good price (cheap) and understandably it was a smaller room at back of hotel. Previously we'd paid more for a 'deluxe room' and I think it is worth doing this of you can.
