Nice hotel, great location but...

Liked: Staff were very nice. The room itself was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Location was great.
Disliked: Had problems with the key to the room. Initially both the reception person and another staff member couldn't get the door unlocked. Took about 10 tries to finally get the door open. I asked for another room, which was granted, but it also wasn't the easiest to open. I figured it out, but old keys and old locks are a bit unsettling as far as safety is concerned. Also, people need to know that there are steep narrow stairs up to the reception area. I needed help with my bags, and they provided it. But had I known about the steep stairs I might have picked a different property

Liked: Location. Location. Location.
Disliked: Loose fixtures & fitting. Someone needs to go round with a screwdriver! And the shower mat was caked in awfulness. Clean underneath the mat please! And getting there & back on the bus from the Thornhill Park & Ride wasn't as straight-forward as I hoped. Ended up getting an expensive cab.
