We will not hesitate to...

Liked: Very comfortable bed, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.We visited to watch rugby at the Headingley ground, which is a 2 minute walk from the front door of the hotel.Excellent value for money.

Liked: Excellent location for what we were attending, staff always welcoming and friendly,big bonus is the parking on site,great value for Leeds,back again next week

Liked: The lady who was on duty couldn't have been nicer , hotel needs a complete overhaul although the bedroom and bedding was clean and I suppose that's all that matters.

Liked: Liked the warm welcome and great breakfasts!
Disliked: A bit noisy as it was a rugby weekend.
