Liked: The hotel was spotless and staff were all very friendly.It was a good location close to train and busses.
Disliked: The room was a bit dated. Only one chair in the room. Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Was very lumpy. Windows were very stiff to close. It was noisy with people sitting out side smoking and talking. The walls are paper thin. We could hear every word the couple next door were saying. On the Friday night the person next door put the T.V. on at 12.50am which woke us up!!

Nice staff and good location...

Liked: Very friendly reception staff let me into my room early as I was going straight back out. The room was very well presented with a walk in shower. Location was ideal as I was going to a QP football match and an early dinner at a local Chinese with the family.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable , poor mattress and TV was very small ( a lot smaller than a Premier Inn or Travelodge) the thermostat didn’t appear to work and room was very warm so had to open window. The room also had poor glazing as I could hear customers going past, some very noisy until after midnight, even with window closed.

Exactly what we were looking...

Liked: Location perfect for rail travel required to reach the venue we were visiting. Pleasant/friendly staff.
Disliked: Not applicable
