Exceptional
Liked: Lovely hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent food. You can't ask for anything more.

Liked: The staff are always lovely, the breakfast is great and the renovated rooms are nicely done. I stay often and I am normally very happy.
Disliked: No bath towels. They gave me 4 hand towels (2 days in a row (but not a single bath towel). Strange.They have changed the telephones in the room and they have a large digital panel which illuminates for NO reason in the middle of the night. Enough to wake you multiple times. I unplugged the phone twice only to have it replugged in. And, the television turns itself on at 5am. You can't unplug it. Maybe someone set it, but there was no way to unset it, nor unplug it. Again another annoyance. The kettle cable is too short to reach a plug and hence has to be put on the floor behind some furniture for it to work.

Liked: Stayed here for a weekend. Attending a family party.Hotel was lovely and comfy.Breakfast exceptional, presented Well freshly cooked to order.Staff at the hotel so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nice beach town --- I...
Liked: Great breakfast selections!
Disliked: My first room overlooked the rubbish bins, and the rubbish collectors came by at 6:30am. The staff very kindly moved me to another room which was great, however.

Was okay for the price...
Liked: Good location, comfortable clean room and good breakfast. Pleasant and chatty bar staff
Disliked: Room 405, third floor but right next to noisy lift which chimed every time someone used it. Very disturbing at night. Also noise from event on ground floor. Bathroom needs updated and the floor was soaked after taking a shower. Windows were rotten and unable to be left open although a fan was supplied. Only view was of rooftops.

Disliked: Public areas, run down, not very clean,the standard has gone down, conciderable since last year. We will not be coming back.Bottled water tops never been sterilized, mouldy, health hazard .
