Opposite Worthing Beach this refurbished seafront property with a Victorian style dates from 1865. Enjoy full English breakfasts sea views and traditional food in bustling The Burlington Bar. The Burlington overlooks the promenade and is about 10 minutes' walk from Worthing town center. Worthing Pier and Pavilion Theater are about 5 minutes' walk away. Spacious rooms have high ceilings and tea/coffee facilities. Victorian features blend with a modern décor and some rooms have a sea view. Each room has its own bathroom. The Burlington Bar opens daily and stays open until 02:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

Great location right on the...

Liked: I had a great stay at this hotel on the Worthing waterfront. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great view overlooking the sea. Parking was easy and hassle-free.
Disliked: The hot water took a while to heat up
