NIGHTMARE

Liked: Nothing. It was a very bad experience & spoit our holiday.
Disliked: Very outdated & tired place. Every floor board creaks & very noisy. All lifts are old and very noisy. Staff were arrogant & unhelpful. Our room was allocated directly behind the lifts. It was constantly very noisy. When complained, we were offered a down grade and very run down room. Could not sleep all night. The place looks very nice from outside but it's a different story inside.Please AVOID.

Very enjoyable.

Liked: Paid extra to up grade to sea view, it was brilliant it really made the 2 days there. The breakfast was delicious & staff great.
Disliked: Liked everything but to be a bit picky our room i.e. no 320 - behind toilet was a tissue, dust. I think possibily your cleander may need longer to clean. The bed linen was fine & bed was comfortable.
