Liked: The staff were very accommodating, friendly, easy going and professional. The room was very airy and clean and has everything we needed. Very comfortable and very quiet which was great for getting a good night's sleep.
Disliked: The television had no Bluetooth setting to connect to phone or phone mirroring and the standard tv channels had poor signal, so when we wanted to retire early after a long day of walking, we couldnt just curl up with a nice movie, that was the only downfall. Taking your own laptop or alike is advised if you want some down time. There is WiFi though.

Lovely Country Hotel With Excellent...

Liked: Breakfast was supberb - freshly cooked and served to table each morning. The hotel was pleasant also offering tasty evening meals!
Disliked: Nothing - all excellent.

Fine for a night or...

Liked: Fabulous location. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: WiFi was non existent 98% of the time. Somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom would be useful, especially the hand towel.

Liked: A lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff and very accommodating, the food was excellent!! and we met some lovely people while on our stay.
Disliked: The room that we stayed in was an attic room with very low slanting ceiling and even though my husband and I are both short people we still banged our heads a few times!! also the main road that runs through the village was very busy day and night so quite noisy and very dangerous as there are no crossings available.

Liked: Variety of cereals & cooked breakfast, cooked to request. Waited service, not help yourself.
