The quality of the food...

Liked: Food was excellent, Staff were very friendly, Thr room was a little small but the beds were very comfortable.The only problem (low property mark) My wife has limited mobility and restricted sight and the only twin bedroom was on the top floor which meant climbing three flights of stairs.
Disliked: Easier room access for mobility/disabled guests.

Liked: Very clean room, bed was comfortable. Good shower new soft towels good location centre of village, lot parking available. Bottle still water provided. Room was light and windows fully opened, fan available if requiredTV reception OK.
Disliked: Internet access very poor very intermittent ….asked 2 members staff, basically turn your laptop on and off until it works already done that 20 times …internet poor here nothing we can do. Meal ordered very mediocre. Price paid competitive with Burley Manor and Moorhill house hotel……
