Disliked: everything was great except we had our two-year-old with us and the shower was so small it was defiantly hard to bath him, and I didn't like that the floors were not carpeted as it was very slippery.

Disliked: I recently had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience with The Burgundy Inn Hotel and Apartments in Ocean City. I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before booking.Lack of Accessibility and Un-met RequestsDespite communicating my needs clearly, my itinerary requests were completely ignored. The property is not handicap accessible, which made my stay impossible and was a major issue that should have been addressed upfront. I did not feel heard or respected by the staff or management throughout the process.No Refund Policy and Unwillingness to RefundOne of the most frustrating aspects was the absence of a proper refund policy. After realizing the property did not meet my needs and that I could not stay there, I requested a refund for my parking security deposit and other fees. Not only did they refuse to refund my payments, but they also were not timely or transparent in their responses. Even when a staff member initially promised a refund for unused nights if I left early, management later refused to honor this commitment.Poor Service and Unacceptable ConditionsThe service I received was the worst I have ever encountered at any hotel. Staff and management were unresponsive and unhelpful, and the overall experience was distressing. Based on my experience and the conditions I observed, I do not believe this property should be considered a hotel—it felt more like a hostile environment than a place of hospitality

Liked: The staff were very nice and friendly.
Disliked: The room was not the same one that I booked. We booked a room with a full refrigerator and stove and ended up in a small room with a mini fridge with a hot plate. It is not what we paid for. Was also charged additional fees when we arrived and checked in that was not disclosed in the booking. The ac in the room didn't work well and there was roaches and flies in the room. Spent every night dealing with drunks and druggies fighting all night long.
