Would stay again.

Liked: Conveniently located for Piccadilly station and the O2 Apollo. Self service breakfast was basic but good. The shower in the en suite was good. The Timothy Taylor’s Landlord on draught was good.
Disliked: The lady who booked me in seemed under a lot of pressure and had to look after the bar and book people in and show them their rooms.The room, whilst comfortable, had very dusty light fittings and the en suite was a bit cosy. We had the twin room, which overlooks an office, and could have done with nets at the window for privacy.

Grand little stay away in...

Liked: Centrally located. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Was a bit noisy during the day, with traffic, trams and the railway nearby. But overall shut your windows and its fine.

Liked: Comfortable and great location for the station (60 second walk)
Disliked: It's basic, but very comfortable.Green safety light is too bright and could disturb other travellers.

Liked: Clean and very close to Picadilly.
Disliked: Breakfast should have been described better as cereal and toast on the landing. Also website stated food was being served in the pub and it hasn’t been for a long time, staff stated they don’t have any food apart from nuts. Couldn’t access WiFi the entire stay and found bbc news on tv unavailable also.
