Superb

Liked: Excellent locationGood size roomsCleanGave us complimentary drinks as there was noisy building work going on during our stay.
Disliked: Asked for two single beds but got given a double bed.

Liked: Great location opposite train station, good shower and comfy bed
Disliked: Continental breakfast was just toast, limited fruit selection and cereals. Rooms need a serious refresh, flooring needed replacing, might as well be walking on lino rather than carpet!

Excellent would recommend

Liked: Literally across the road from Piccadilly station , basic bedroom and shower very clean, nice continental breakfast , friendly staff and atmosphere
Disliked: Bedroom was a bit too warm, maybe a lighter duvet in summer months ? Being from the country traffic noise but that didn’t interrupt sleep

Lovely comfortable room.

Liked: Loved the personal touches to the room. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location, perfect for a one night stay in Manchester.
Disliked: Accessing the rooms after the pub closed was a bit odd but fine. Bit concerned if there was an issue, who to get hold of, we didn’t though and all was fine.
