Perfect location for NEC but...

Liked: Location is superb for NEC and motorway connections. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very tasty and well presented.
Disliked: Room lighting is very poor - particularly in the bathroom if you need to do makeup ahead of going to meetings. Shower enclosure not appropriate and left water all over the tiled floor which then became a slip hazard. No heating control.

Liked: For a single room, it was spacious . A great bathroom. A comfortable stay.
Disliked: There was a slight noise from the above room floorboards.

Disliked: A long walk to the room with many steps and heavy luggage. Had to wait a while to check in.
