Liked: excellent breakfast, good range of option and very warm and clean, the food was good quality and the poached eggs perfectly cooked

Disliked: Very noisy guests banging doors as they come in late , quieter soft close room doors needed . Room curtains let so much light in and room was quiet stuffy leading to poor nights sleep .

Liked: The communication between the residence and the pub was hopeless and there was very limited staffing on reception. Nobody told us that last orders for dinner was before 9 pm thus when we arrived for dinner we were curtly informed that the kitchen was closed. When we turned up for breakfast the following morning the pub was locked as we had been informed that the breakfast was available from 7 when actually it was 8 and we had a train to catch.
Disliked: The noise in the bar which was populated by kids on bicycles was horrendous. The whole experience was a nightmare.
