Disliked: I had booked a twin room for me and my son , on arrival it was a double bed I went to reception to explain I’d booked a twin and would like twin room , not much help just kept saying you didn’t book a twin I have nothing on the system ?Ok fine if your not willing to move us ,when I was about to leave reception she said we can changed the beds now for us , I just said can’t be arsed with the agg now not helpful, breakfast the room was hot and had flys kept landing on our table , went to order breakfast then got told there are no sausages available so had extra bacon but poor really for £122 for the night.

Liked: Breakfast Disappointing. Very little choice of cereal and yoghurt. No prepared fruit, no pastries or croissants.The ordered cooked breakfast was ok, although on hashbrowns!
Disliked: More choice of breakfast Room was dark, short of chairs in room, no USB ports.Expected more for the price charged.Staff excellent, all very helpful and friendly.

Liked: Very clean- very comfortable- well presented throughout- the most delicious breakfast- staff couldn’t do enough for you- in a great area- will definitely return here
