The Bull Hotel

Not suitable as an accessibility...

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Booked the accessibility room for my elderly mother and mother in law who were in the area for a family wedding.This room should not be classed as an accessibility room. The beds were so high my mother couldn't even get on to it.The beds were made up as singles ( as requested) but the floor area was filthy where the beds had been moved.The light in the bathroom didn't work. The mirror in the bathroom was far too high to be able to see in ( and wasn't adjustable) I did bring all this to the attention of the new manager who was apologetic, said he'd only just taken over and assured us the floor would be cleaned the following day.

Perfect place to stay.

Liked: The property was very quaint, extremely clean and had all the facilities to make your stay perfect. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to have a comfortable stay.
Disliked: I have no complaints - the property was perfect.

Liked: Fabulous stay at the bull hotel Attention to detail was fabulous and the staff were so accommodating and extremely helpful and friendly The breakfast menu was extensive and fabulous and the evening menu was also greatNothing was too much troubleHighly recommend and will definitely return

When we visit Oldney again,...

Liked: The Bull Hotel have their own Chefs, so we had a superb dinner freshly cooked in the evening. The room was lovely. All olde worlde furniture. The enormous bed was very comfortable. The double shower was superb. In order to get to our room, there was a small landing, and on a plinth stood the old aluminium bath of yesteryear. That brought back memories of our childhood. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served once again by a Chef.Our manager was very oblinging and couldn't do enough for us. He made us very welcome.
Disliked: Everything was excellent

Disliked: A little noisy when other guests flushed the loos but it's an old building so can be forgiven
