Comfortable and enjoyable stay ❤️

Liked: Family room perfect for 2 adults and 2 children, room large and nicely decorated. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Only small issue but we only half of toilet roll in room so we run out during our stay and cold water tap wouldn’t run particularly cold but nothing major.

Very friendly staff and good...

Liked: Very friendly and welcoming staff, nearby on street parking, good shower, clean bed, well stocked room (hair dryer, kettle, tea & coffee, water)
Disliked: No sound isolation, extremely noisy, lacking cleanliness in some areas (spiders, spider webs on ceiling/curtains, carpets not hoovered)

SO DISAPPOINTING

Liked: Breakfast was very good and bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Disaster - car park closed. No notice even with the hotel knowing the carpark has been closed for some time. Only choose this hotel as they advertised free parking as I was driving from Ireland. Bedroom and bathroom were not clean.
