The quality of the hotel and room was comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant was full - we found the service at the bar for food, to be what one would expect at a restaurant. Food - well presented and delicious. I would recommend parking cars close to the hotel for ease of access and security / larger quilt on the double bed / full length mirror in room. Most definitely will stay here again and have recommended to friends.

Liked: Every staff member provided excellent customer service at just the right level of efficiency and friendliness.
Disliked: Clear directions on the website to warn people of the one way system - not so easy to get to for a motorist unfamiliar with the town.

Liked: We didn't have breakfast due to issues previously, but I'm sure it's improved now. Nice pleasant girl with long dark hair, (sorry didn't get her name) behind the bar on the night of the wedding. Quite busy, but if she caught your eye straight on it, and knew the round each time. Aad as requested, a room with the traditional wet heating system as the hot air systems don't agree with us.
Disliked: Overall it was good,

Exceptional

On the whole ok but...

Liked: Location, car parking, good breakfast choices.
Disliked: Poorly organised breakfast with huge wedding party guests (40-50?) cramming in to join queue for hot breakfast without any warning or any respect for the hotel residents who were already in restaurant. My wife had to wait 15 mins to join back of queue!
