Lovely central hotel, with comfortable...
Liked: Lovely place, very close to the central station and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We liked everything about this hotel.

Disliked: The all milk sachets in the pantry for tea&coffee were out of date by 2 months. I made a cup of coffee and it was like making coffee with cottage cheese.The pillows on bed had no pillow protectors and were covered in ominous yellow stains.There was a large stain/splash of some substance on carpet bedroom floor. Perhaps from last person who made a coffee with the out of date milk and spat it out. Informed reception of the milk when we left yet only offered an apology no offer of a hot drink.

Disliked: The room was not clean upon arrival. The carpet had visible dirt and debris that clearly needed vacuuming. There was a gray rug left draped over a chair with a noticeable brown stain—it was unclear whether it was dirt or something more concerning, but it should not have been left for guests. The accent pillow on the bed was also stained, and when I touched it, residue started coming off onto my hand. Additionally, the showerhead was dirty; I had to wipe it down with a towel, and black grime came off. The glass had visible dust on it. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards.I think I had an issue because when I arrived, I was about 45 minutes early and they called to ask if the bed was ready and they were told yes so I’m thinking oh just cleaned because someone else left. It was not clean. Secondly, there was a significant Wi-Fi connectivity issue in the bedroom area. Upon entering the room from the hallway, the guest Wi-Fi would no longer stay connected. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but no resolution was offered. This forced me to rely on personal data and international roaming, which incurs additional charges. It is a basic expectation for any hotel to provide stable Wi-Fi throughout the entire guest room. If connectivity issues persist in certain rooms, guests should either be offered:1.Access to a stronger, non-public Wi-Fi network, or2.Relocated to a room where Wi-Fi is fully functional.Given the lack of resolution and the inconvenience caused, I would appreciate an appropriate response addressing how this situation will be rectified and what compensation or goodwill gesture will be extended.
