Located in Beaumaris on the Isle of Anglesey The Bulkeley Hotel lies within 984 feet from the Beaumaris Castle and the beach and pier alongside the Menai Straits. Built as a Georgian show piece in 1832 the hotel now features a garden with a terrace as well as a fine restaurant a coffee shop a bar and a lounge. The Bulkeley Hotel offers stylish rooms with a seating area a writing desk a TV and an private bathroom fitted with a bathtub and a hairdryer. An historic hotel in a...

Liked: Great location, atmospheric hotel with many original features. Room was modern and well equipped, bright with great views.
Disliked: Public areas need a bit of updating. Stair carpets threadbare in places.

Pleasant

Liked: Convenient for the town. Very polite, helpful friendly staff, Julia in particular
Disliked: Property is very tired in places, although our room had been redecorated. Needs great deal of TLC. The heating was on so it was stuffy and overwhelming! There was a shortage of staff, so many tables had dirty plates and dishes needing clearance.

Fabulous!

Liked: A traditional hotel - old school and a treasure. Everything about our stay sparkled and was a delight. Comfort was key and we enjoyed our relaxing respite stay, returning home refreshed, to face demands of daily life! Thank-you!
