Offering private and dormitory rooms with free unlimited WiFi The Bug Backpackers is just 15 minutes' walk from local shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy cooking their meals in the kitchen and eat in the dining area during the cold months and on the deck or in the garden during the warmer months. Bike rental services are available at the property. The Bug is ideally located for visits to the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park and the region's wineries and beaches. Passable

Liked: Good location. Parking was available. Heating in the room was okay.
Disliked: Not impressed by the bathroom and toilet facilities. The sheets on the bed were not fresh, and had damp smell. Not quite suitable for family.

Quiet and friendly

Liked: The place is quiet, comfy and clean, many useful amenities in the kitchen, nice outdoor area and communal space. Room was clean and cosy.
