Comfortable, other than a couple...

Liked: The staff person was helpful and friendly. The room was large and beds were comfortable. Very clean too! Liked the bathroom barndoor to separate it from the sleeping area.
Disliked: At night the turnoff to the hotel was difficult to see. You can tell the age of the hotel, the shower pan when you stepped in was soggy feeling?, kind of sunk in when you stepped in it. You could still hear the traffic.

Superb

Liked: When we come back to Knotts, we will definitely stay here.
Disliked: Light switch on wall didn't work. We had to turn the lamps on individually.

Liked: There was bed bugs and officer staff was rud
Disliked: Nothing

We had a good stay....

Liked: It is very close to Knott’s Berry Farm. In a great area. It’s safe and clean. The staff is wonderful. Hard workers, polite and friendly.I loved that they had Security on ground at all times.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms 2x the first night because there were issues. 1st room. Running water in toilet AND tub faucet. 2nd room had no power to the 2nd bedroom OR the bathroom. The breakfast is pretty much non existent. No proteins at all. Not even boiled eggs in a pouch.

Superb

Liked: The room was big enough for our family of 6. Free breakfast was a plus.
Disliked: The sofa bed was broken and hard to pull out and had to put back in.

Reasonably priced

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. It’s walking distance from Kotts Berry Farm. There are plenty of restaurants around there as well. You are about 30 minutes away from the aquarium of pacific. You are about 40 minutes from the Cabrillo Beach. The room we stayed in was nice. We stayed in a double room suite. The rooms are set up nicely.
Disliked: The rooms were nice but you needed to wear socks or you would end up with dirty black feet. We were there four nights. On the second day, we put up the maid service sign but no one came to clean. I had to call down to get someone to clean the rooms. They were very polite and apologized for not getting to it.
