Nice location but overpriced.

Liked: Location, charming architecture
Disliked: Service- missed towels in the room upon arrival. The room smelled like burnt charcoal even though we were there in July. We stayed 3 nights and the beds were never made up. Room service consisted of changing towels on multiple requests. Breakfast was mediocre with extremely limited selection, super slow service and extremely overpriced for the items consumed. For a boutique hotel I expected more.
