Liked: Facility and staff were great
Disliked: Not being able to access ESPN college football on TV was not good. Room needed blankets. Old couples have different “thermostats “!Accessible rooms were as far from the elevators as possible-last room on the hall. That doesn’t make much sense.

Liked: Everything was just perfect. It is in an amazing neighborhood. The staff were warm and inviting. The facility was and well maintained. And the decor was very unique and almost comforting in a way.
Disliked: Nothing. It was all perfect!

Liked: The staff, the property,the decor, and the overall ambience of the hotel.
Disliked: Poor lighting in the room, no safety bars in the shower, and the crude concrete ceilings in our room.

Disliked: I had booked and paid for a room in my name. The room was for my daughter, her husband and their two children, six-year-old, and one year-old. They sent me an email to give my daughter permission to use the room, but the email would not go through. Rather than taking verbal authorization, they told her that she would not be able to get into the room. They had been driving all day and were hoping to refresh themselves before going out for the evening instead they had to leave and come back later in order to get into the room. This situation could’ve been remedied over the phone, which I tried to do but the staff there would not allow it.
