Liked: room was nice. restaurant snd bar decor really good. the food was very good. the manager went out of his way to get us a table even although we had not booked snd they were very busy.
Disliked: all good

Great steak and real value...

Liked: The roll top bath, size of the room, the price, the cleanliness and the food which is fantastic. The staff were very helpful and all clearly enjoyed working there.
Disliked: There was so little to dislike. The weather was grim so I couldn’t get out and look around properly. Rdception is hard to find from the car park and a jug of milk in the mini fridge would have been nice.

Disliked: Very little natural light in room. Continual humming sound, loud enough to disturb sleep.

Other than the exit light...

Liked: Centrally located, well staffed and a very good restaurant on site.
Disliked: The only negative occurrence was that our room (the junior suite on the top floor) had an exit sign just to the left of the bed that was so bright you felt like you were sleeping underneath a street light. We had to cover it with a bath towel to make the room inhabitable.

Liked: We recommend booking a table at Dexters for evening food - does book up quickly so check when booking your room for availability. Nice bar too for drinks after! Breakfast is amazing. This is our second stay at Brown's.
