Great stay. Would definitely recommend...

Liked: It is quaint, clean and wonderful staff. Location is incredible if you need to be in the middle of soho
Disliked: The staff was really helpful and pleasant. Had an issue with my reservation through booking.com and they went out of their way to resolve it for me which was appreciated.

As expected, repeat guest and...

Liked: One of the main reasons I stay here, love the cafe and open air atrium, and lack of people from New Jersey
Disliked: Hot water volume in room 23 was poor. In asking the front desk what the wifi password was, I was directed to read the letter I had missed in the room instead of just saying "TheBroome!".
