The Brook Green Hotel

We stayed for one night to attend a concert at the Hammersmith Apollo. The hotel was situated a short walk from this venue and was easy to find. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly - nothing we asked for seemed too much for them. We had our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Will definitely visit again.

Liked: Very friendly and welcoming staff; the room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we required. The atmosphere at the hotel was really nice. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

A lovely welcome; everything was excellent quality. Stylish room and individualistic - a great change from chain hotels. Our only negative comment would be the busy main road alongside.

Liked: Loved the room and the view over the Green was lovely. Despite it being on a main road and a Saturday night, the room was lovely and quiet. Duvet and pillows were great quality and staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Had to wait 40 minutes for breakfast (lovely food) which normally would not have been a problem except that we had a train to catch at Euston.

Liked: Location, room, friendliness of staff, good food supper and breakfast. Room bigger than usual for London. Nice toiletries, fluffy towels. Overall a winner
Disliked: Aircon is a little bit loud in room - not always needed …

Very good

Liked: Very comfortable, the room was a good size and the bathroom very smart. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Five minute walk to the Tube
Disliked: Traffic was a bit noisy in the morning but not exceptional

Liked: Great location and the rooms were lovely!
Disliked: It is a very busy pub, so when walking in it did worry me that the noise would be too much. However we were on the second floor and it was super quiet! Not sure if you were on the first…

Fabulous location, surrounded by all...

Liked: The Brook Green pub was beautiful! High ceilings, lots of light and comfy lounges as well as tables. The pub has a large Tesco located behind it and a fantastic laundromat just a few doors down, very handy when you are away for a few weeks. Hammersmith station is a short stroll away.
Disliked: The room we had was lovely, with a king-sized bed, but not a lot of room around the bed. Fine for us as we were in London for the cricket, so spent very little time in our room.
