We stayed for one night to attend a concert at the Hammersmith Apollo. The hotel was situated a short walk from this venue and was easy to find. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly - nothing we asked for seemed too much for them. We had our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Will definitely visit again.

Liked: Very friendly and welcoming staff; the room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we required. The atmosphere at the hotel was really nice. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

A lovely welcome; everything was excellent quality. Stylish room and individualistic - a great change from chain hotels. Our only negative comment would be the busy main road alongside.

Liked: Loved the room and the view over the Green was lovely. Despite it being on a main road and a Saturday night, the room was lovely and quiet. Duvet and pillows were great quality and staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Had to wait 40 minutes for breakfast (lovely food) which normally would not have been a problem except that we had a train to catch at Euston.

Beautiful hotel great stay

Liked: View spectacular and a lovely room. Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Good provision of refreshment options. Tv bit confusing couldn’t get it to work too well but honestly not much of a problem not too important really. Great place we loved it!

Pay the extra to stay...

Liked: The room has everything you need and a comfortable bed. Well-stocked minibar and toiletries, with good towels.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great. My colleague's room was disappointing and at the top of several flights of stairs.

Liked: I stayed in a suite. Lovely boutique style rooms with very nice decor and characterful furnishings. Well equipped for hotel standards. Bed very comfortable. 10.min walk from Hammersmith tube station. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Great location. Clean and nicely decorated.
Disliked: Very weak shower water pressure. Asked on both days to have maintenance look at it but it didn’t get fixed. No offer to change rooms or other solution
