We stayed for one night to attend a concert at the Hammersmith Apollo. The hotel was situated a short walk from this venue and was easy to find. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly - nothing we asked for seemed too much for them. We had our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Will definitely visit again.

A lovely welcome; everything was excellent quality. Stylish room and individualistic - a great change from chain hotels. Our only negative comment would be the busy main road alongside.

Liked: Loved the room and the view over the Green was lovely. Despite it being on a main road and a Saturday night, the room was lovely and quiet. Duvet and pillows were great quality and staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Had to wait 40 minutes for breakfast (lovely food) which normally would not have been a problem except that we had a train to catch at Euston.

Excellent stay in London

Liked: Title: Excellent Stay in LondonI recently stayed at this hotel in London and had a fantastic experience. The location is superb, situated between two major tube stations with direct links to Heathrow Airport and the city center. The area itself is vibrant, with plenty of charming houses, shops, and restaurants nearby.The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Since the room was available, she allowed us to check in early, and upon departure, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception for a few hours. The room was cleaned daily, which was a nice touch.One of the highlights of the hotel is the pub/bar on the ground.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.
Disliked: It would be a great addition to have slippers available for guests, as it enhances comfort and adds a touch of luxury to the stay. Many travelers appreciate having this small amenity, especially when walking around the room or using the bathroom.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly.They took good care of us and really went the extra mile. The breakfast was amazing. I had pancakes which were made -and not from a pack! The others had vegetarian cooked breakfast which was great too. Loved the green views. So much to like about this place.
Disliked: It felt a little stuffy in the room. The windows were open but maybe it just needs airing a bit more.

Liked: Staff was amazing and the location was very close to Hammersmith Underground station, which made exploring London and getting to/from Heathrow very easy!
