Liked: Amazing location, very comfortable beds and pillows.
Disliked: Outdated rooms, tiny bathroom. We booked a fallsview suite, had a tiny glimpse of the falls from one corner of our room.

Liked: Nothing, I need a refundThe Hotel is very old, it needs to be renovated asapIt doesn’t smell good, smell so and dingy.I had to used the toilet in the lobby and it was very dirty. The AC vent has a lot of dust in it, I had to take pictures of it. It not goo to breathe all that stuff in your lungs.
Disliked: Everything was bad about the property. This is the fist time I stayed somewhere and prayed for morning to come so I could leave. I Sprayed half of my perfume in the room to make it smell better.

Liked: The room felt bigger than the last one. Very clean with lots of space and storage. Although it was busy during check-in & checkout, staff still got me through quick. The location is extremely close to everything. Clifton Hill, restaurants. The steakhouse in The Brock is a must try at least once. The housekeeping was all over any issue or concern with the room

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Selection of food and quality were great. And the view was awesome! The room was clean and the bed comfy. Staffs are great.
Disliked: The parking is expensive.

Liked: Overall our stay was nice, room was good, view was great and breakfast was good too. Just disappointed as the air conditioning did not work therefore in the evening when it was hot it was uncomfortable.
Disliked: Air conditioning not working. Window was a bit dated.
